the room was advertised as soundproofed, but it was not. it was very noisy. our room wasn't serviced one day. it wasn't cleaned at all.

i felt a bit let down by a few things . the air conditioning unit was quite old and noisy, hard to sleep well. also, one day the room wasn't cleaned at all, disappointing. i expected better service for the price i paid.

The room had a good size. The room also was clean and quiet.

The hotel check-in did not go over well. I received keys to an already issued room. Key cards did not work, so I had go back downstairs to get new keys and someone unlocked the door. I had to go back downstairs again to get another room.

the staff helped me with my luggage quickly. the gym included three treadmills. i also found a twenty-five percent off coupon for the hard rock cafe in my room it was a nice bonus.

the room was quite small it barely fit the beds and luggage storage became a challenge because of that
